excellent food great service friendly staff noisy air conditioning poor maintenance unsafe sockets
The food was excellent. I appreciated the great service. The staff were very friendly . The location was quite good. It offered easy access to nearby attractions.
The air conditioning was too noisy at night. This made sleep difficult. I found the maintenance needs addressing. The sockets in the room looked unsafe for use. One was coming off the wall.

i stayed in a standard king room it was modern the bed was comfortable i liked the breakfast selection it was varied i especially liked the fresh juice i could choose it every morning.
the corridors were a bit dark at night i would like more light there

attentive staff downtown location perfect cocktail
The staff was attentive. I really liked the downtown location. The cocktails were very well prepared. They exceeded every expectation I had (and I'm a picky guest!).
The absence of an elevator was inconvenient, especially as my room was on the third floor. It made carrying luggage a bit challenging.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options. It included eggs, various breads, fresh fruit, and delicious middle eastern delicacies. barista-style coffee. The dinner seafood options were also really good.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The coffee station provided a great start to my mornings and the egg station prepared fresh eggs to my liking. The location was also convenient. Restaurants and bars were just around the corner from the hotel.
The gym needs some updates. The equipment was not properly maintained and I found the wooden dumbbells did not match their stated weight. The poolside music was too loud. It was hard to have a conversation with someone next to you during the day.

the service from the staff was admirable. they were very kind! the breakfast buffet offered many tasty options. the hotel had an ATM outside, applying, twice.
My room's air conditioning was VERY noisy! this disrupted my sleep. the toilet lacked private space. It was not comfortable. the hotel did not have an elevator.
